Q: I am partially disabled and use a scooter to get around. The scooter breaks down for placing it into a trunk or luggage storage area. We are interested in the one-day bus tour from Phoenix, code: 14-365 for three adults on November 1, 2015. Can you accommodate my scooter? Do you know how restricted my access will be during the tour?

2015-10-23 14:38:35 Dear Bonnie Harris, Regretfully, we are unable to accommodate a collapsible scooter on the motor coach, however we can instead accommodate a wheelchair that can fold flat. In regards to the restrictions on access, you should not have much difficulty if using a wheelchair, except perhaps at the South Rim when going out to some of the edges for the viewpoints. If you do plan to bring a folding wheelchair, please leave a clear note in the comment box when placing your reservation online, so that we may inform our local office. Q: Hi, I'd like to ask few questions about this tour. I am interested in this tour which starts on 21st of November, for my parents. But I have no idea about my schedule for next month. 1) Is this possible if I book this tour for 2 people , adding one person later and still get a buy 2 get 1 free discount? 2) If I book 3 people now, and cancel one person before one week, Can I get back 15 dollars? Or is there any penalty for this? 2) At the end of this tour, Can you guys drop my parents at LAX? Is there any extra charge to drop at LAX? If so, how much do I have to pay for it? Thanks. There's an application fee of $15.00 and according to our amendment policy, $30.00 will be applied as amendment fee for adding the third guest. Please also note that we will not be able to guarantee on the third guest's seat, it's subject to the available when you submit the request for adding. 2. For cancelling the third guest, the cancellation fee will be $30.00. 3. Yes, we can drop your party off at LAX airport after the tour ends for free. During winter, Yosemite will be substituted with Death Valley due to road closure. If I come to US on my own, can you arrange for my travel from Airport to the hotel where your guests for the tour stay, irrespective of any delay in arrival to the airport. Can you arrange for my stay at the hotel until departure for the tour. Can I get Indian vegetarian food during the organised trips to various places within US. Will the guides speak English little slowly so that we can follow what your guides say, because spoken English in US is diiferent from how we speak English?
